Tango in Belgie / Tango en Belgique
The Bal Tango Vampiro, organized for Nuit Blanche 2007, was held in a very special place: the Queen Astrid Memorial building in Laken. The lighting was out of this world, and a lot of people had followed the dress code of ‘fourties’ suits & dresses.
The temperature was less than tropical and the floor more than challenging, but that didn’t keep anyone from dancing. There was also a splendid demonstration by Gladys & Juanito.

Continuing on his elan of the Greenwich milongas, James has invited Andrea Reyero & Sebastián Misse to Brussels. They will be giving 2 workshops (almost fully booked) and will also perform on the Tango Bal organised in the Maison du Peuple (St-Gilles) that evening. Mark the date in your agendas: October 6th!
In slightly more than a week there will be the next edition of Nuit Blanche. While last year there was a tango bal in the Beurs/La Bourse, this year TangoBenelux and Tango02 have prepared something more special: the Bal Tango Vampiro, with live music and several performances.
