It was the first time I visited the ‘Spiegeltent’ milonga (Noordkasteel, Antwerpen) and it turned out to be a really cosy place. The theme last Thursday was “Bal masqué” so if you see some dressed up/masked people in the pictures, that’s why. There was an nice demo by Koos & Astrid, and DJ Johan mixed the classics with some neotango and Amelie Poulain. A great night!

We had to start late with the Kiosque milonga because they were still setting up an impressive set of lights for an event later that evening, but on the positive side: we had an impressive set of lights that brightened up the end of the milonga. It was a warm, pleasant day, the place was packed, and all drinks were finished by the time it ended. In the mean time, a lot of excellent tandas with little gems of cortinas.
