There was a Belgian couple from Gent in the Mundial de Tango 2009 in Buenos Aires. I hadn’t heard from the Belgian qualifications (two years ago it was called the Tango Marathon) and to be honest, I have never seen the dancers, Yannick Vanhove & Lieske De Vuyst, before either.
