Today 25 May is the day the Argentinians celebrate “Revolucion de Mayo“ or their indepence day. This cannot go unnoticed here in Belgium.
In Brussels there is a 4-day event “Argentina Festival” (Espace Senghor), with on Friday a concert by Orquesta Tipica Misteriosa Buenos Aires, followed by a milonga. On Saturday there are movies and on Sunday there’s a big BBQ (‘asado‘).
And in Liège La Mi’Lune organizes on Saturday the “Milonga de la Independencia” with the orchestra Tango Tinto & Sergio Gobi and a demo by Adrian and Amanda.

They will give some workshops in both Brussels at the Villa Urquiza School (28 May) and Liège at La Mi’Lune (29 and 30 May).
