It started with a mind-stretching lecture on musicality (“kiki/bouba“) by Murat on Friday, continued during the whole weekend with workshops and cosy milongas in the Vergulde Fontein, and ended with a ‘Gran Milonga‘ in the splendid foyer of the Bruges city theatre (Stadsschouwburg). Michelle and Murat proved themselves to be masters of musicality, connection and respect in the dance.
The whole weekend, organized by Pasos de Brujas, was an example of what a tango trip should be like. Workshops that make you grow, milongas that make you dance and company that makes you smile. Thanks to Nico, Lut, Sabine, Ann, Lut and everyone who made me feel so very welcome. Count on me to come visit your Milonga del Pescador in summer!
