The first milonga of the year in El Dorado and while quite a lot of people are trying to quit smoking in the New Year, others on the other hand took up smoking next to the dance floor. We had grown used to the unwritten code that, except for La Cellule, all tango venues around Brussels are smoke free, but apparently we’ll have to start reminding people about that. I, for one, get very annoyed about that.
The high point of the evening for me was definitely dancing with my daughter, 10 years old. Thanks to Caroline, there are pictures of that!
