First workshop 11.30 tot 13.00:
Dance with your whole body, connecting your torso with your hips and legs to achieve fluidity in movement and smoothness when leading. Posture, balance, both with and without heels, and walking for both roles. Techniques for turns.

Second workshop 13.30 tot 15.00:
Paused adornaments, walking, and turns.
Musicality for the adornaments for both roles. Free leg work for adornaments and boleos.
Turns for each role: "enrosques, agujas, planeos y lápices," the codes for turns.
“Entradas and Sacadas” both roles.
The techniques are for leader and follower.
Come wearing comfortable clothing, flat shoes, and heels.

No partner required.
