Les prácticas sont un classique à Buenos Aires et un MUST chez Nosotros. Les prácticas guíadas ont un atout non négligeable : un professeur ou moniteur est à votre disposition. Il ou elle répondra à vos questions, vous montrera des figures et vous donnera des conseils, tant que vous les demandez.

Milongas
Les Milongas sont les bals de tango par excellence, où se rencontrent los milongueros et las milongueras, pour danser sur les trois rythmes : tango, milonga et vals. Le public y est plus nombreux, les gens s’habillent avec un soupçon de glamour, et certains codes sont à respecter.

Attention : À la différence de nos prácticas, pendant les périodes scolaires, nos milongas sont payantes pour tout le monde. Pour les étudiant·es de moins de 26 ans (avec carte), une réduction de 50 % est applicable sur le prix d’entrée, même pour notre milonga gratuite du 12 janvier ! 😜

Un momento de comunidad donde los cuerpos se expresan y se relacionan con el piso, la música, el cuerpo del otro y el entorno de las otras parejas. Somos bailarines y profesores argentinos. No hace falta venir en pareja. Los esperamos.

Come to discover, explore and deepen the tango. You will progressively learn the movements, the secrets of communication and the musicality that make the traditional Argentine tango. A moment of community where the bodies express themselves and relate to the floor, the music, each other’s body and the other couples. We are Argentinean dancers and teachers. You don’t need to come as a couple. We will be waiting for you.

All you need are your tango shoes and maybe a dance partner. Right now, we especially need more ladies who follow to join us on the dance floor! It’s a social practica where you can enjoy the magic of tango. Some playlists (depending on the mood) will play, and we’ll be dancing to classic tango tunes.

With a lively atmosphere, a perfect dance floor, and the beauty of daylight, it’s the ultimate tango experience to help you improve your moves while having fun.

After the success of their first concert at Art Base in January 2024, the Argentinian tango guitar duo “Los Púa Abajo” comes back in January 2025.

In this concert, they will present their new album “Lenguaje Tango”, with music inspired by  Frank Zappa, Johann Sebastian Bach, Charles Mingus, Charly García y Francisco Tárrega (among others) "translated" to Tango rhyThms with their own particular arrangements and personality.

They will also play some traditional tangos and original music of their previous albums. A live performance not to be missed by tango and guitar music lovers, as well as people who enjoy instrumental/world music in general.

Le Dominguero Tango Trio vise à recréer le style des premiers ensembles de tango du début du 20e siècle en proposant un large répertoire de tangos, milongas et valses. Le timbre et la couleur propres à ses 3 instruments, flûte, bandonéon et guitare, nous amènent à la source, au cœur même de la musique de Buenos Aires.

Les historiens situe la date de la création du tango avant 1880. C'est une période d'immigration en Argentine. Il faut s’imaginer qu’à cette époque, la radio, la télévision et le vynile n’avaient pas encore été inventés. La seule façon d’entendre la musique était en direct, en présence des interprètes.

La plupart des immigrants qui arrivaient au port de Buenos Aires venaient sur ces terres à la recherche d’une vie meilleure. Les musiciens de provenances diverses se rassemblaient pour jouer dans les pulperías et les maisons closes. C'est ce mélange d'origines qui a donné naissance à la musique de tango. Ces petits ensembles de fortune se composaient d’une flûte, d’une guitare et d’un violon. Plus tard arriva le bandonéon, qui changea à jamais le visage du tango avec la renommée qui l’entoure encore aujourd’hui.

Cette époque d'émergence culturelle du tango, avec ses danseurs, musiciens, poètes, compositeurs et chanteurs est connue comme La Guardia Vieja. Le Trio Dominguero vise à recréer la musique de cette époque.

Atelier de découverte du tango pour débutants absolus, re-débutants ou pour apprendre l’autre rôle.
Si vous souhaitez découvrir le vocabulaire du tango en quelques mots, vous pouvez participer à l’un de nos ateliers compacts de découverte. Ils servent aussi à rattraper le retard si vous voulez rejoindre un groupe de débutants qui a commencé 2 à 4 semaines auparavant.
Aucune expérience du tango n’est requise pour participer, mais ceux qui connaissent déjà quelques bases découvriront une nouvelle approche ou de nouveaux éléments du vocabulaire du tango. Nos stages de découverte sont proposés en 2 x 75 minutes, sur 1 ou 2 jours.

NB. Ce stage intensif sert également de cours de rattrapage pour ceux qui souhaitent rejoindre un groupe débutant qui a déjà commencé, le lundi, le mardi ou le dimanche.
START TO TANGO> 2 x 75 minutes pour découvrir les bases du vrai tango argentin, tel qu’il est dansé dans les milongas de Buenos Aires.
> Prix : tarif préférentiel (inscription jusqu’à 48h auparavant): 30€ pp pour 2x75min. (16€ pp pour un demi-atelier, 1×75 min.)
> Inscription de dernière minute moins de 48h avant le début de l’atelier : +5€ de frais supplémentaires par personne.

Tango discovery workshops for absolute beginners, re-starters or to learn the other role
If you want to discover tango in a nutshell, you can participate in one our compact Discovery workshops. They serve also to catch up if you want to join a beginners group that started 2 till 4 weeks before.
No tango experience is required to participate, but also those who already know some of the basics will discover a new approach or new elements of the tango vocabulary. Our Discovery workshops are proposed in 2 x 75 minutes, over 1 or 2 days.

NB. This intensive workshop also serves as a catch-up class for those who wish to join a beginners series that has already started, oin Monday, Tuesday or Sunday.

START TO TANGO> 2 x 75 minutes to discover the basics of real Argentine Tango, as danced in the milongas of Buenos Aires.
> Price: early bird registration (until 48h before): 30€ pp for 2×75 min. (16€ pp for half a workshop, 1x75min.)

Les prácticas sont un classique à Buenos Aires et un MUST chez Nosotros. Les prácticas guíadas ont un atout non négligeable : un professeur ou moniteur est à votre disposition. Il ou elle répondra à vos questions, vous montrera des figures et vous donnera des conseils, tant que vous les demandez.

Milongas
Les Milongas sont les bals de tango par excellence, où se rencontrent los milongueros et las milongueras, pour danser sur les trois rythmes : tango, milonga et vals. Le public y est plus nombreux, les gens s’habillent avec un soupçon de glamour, et certains codes sont à respecter.

Attention : À la différence de nos prácticas, pendant les périodes scolaires, nos milongas sont payantes pour tout le monde. Pour les étudiant·es de moins de 26 ans (avec carte), une réduction de 50 % est applicable sur le prix d’entrée, même pour notre milonga gratuite du 12 janvier ! 😜

Come to discover, explore and deepen the tango. You will progressively learn the movements, the secrets of communication and the musicality that make the traditional Argentine tango. Girl Power !  - Madreselva is an Argentine music quintet that expresses itself through the languages of tango, with a contemporary sound and a strong connection to the territory and identity of the region.

Iguazú Quintet est un jeune ensemble belge composé de musiciens
multifacettes et proposant une vision moderne du Tango Nuevo en explorant
de nouveaux territoires à travers de nombreux arrangements originaux
ponctués d'improvisation, ainsi que des collaborations avec de nombreux
compositeurs modernes contemporains.
Iguazú Quintet a vu le jour en 2016 au sein du Conservatoire Royal de Mons
(Arts2), et s'est depuis développé comme projet professionnel entre musique
classique, tango et jazz, sur les scènes belges et à l'étranger.
Après l'enregistrement d'un premier album dédié à Astor Piazzolla, paru en
2020, le groupe prends désormais une direction plus jeune et moderne que
jamais, brouillant les frontières entre les genres musicaux et se positionnant
comme une formation de "Jazz de Chambre".

La Máquina Invisible is a contemporary Tango quintet positioned as one of the most relevant within the new scene of Argentine tango. Born in Rosario in 2013 and formed by five young musicians of a new generation of tango musicians, in their 9 years of trajectory the group has stood out for their avant-garde new compositions and personal versions of the great classics. They have achieved numerous recognitions and awards, among which stands out the First World Tango Orchestra Championship in 2017, awarded by a jury of great references of the current Tango. That same year, the group was awarded by the Municipal Editorial of Rosario with the Award for Phonographic Coproductions, allowing the edition of the first discographic material of the group, titled "La Máquina Invisible". The debut material involved a journey about all the sounds that the group goes through, from versions of classic genres to personal and current compositions. The album was presented in Rosario at the Príncipe de Asturias Theater in October 2017 to a full house and with an unbeatable repercussion in the local media, and was awarded at the Rosario Edita Awards as Best Tango Album 2017.

      In 2018, the group was selected by a prestigious international jury to be part of Circulart, one of the most important Cultural Markets in Latin America, chosen from more than 300 groups in the country. The group performed at the Pablo Tobón Uribe Theater (Medellín, Colombia), sharing the stage with various up-and-coming groups from around the world. That same year, back in Argentina, they performed alongside the Municipal Chamber Orchestra of Rosario, one of the most important string orchestras in the country.

        In 2020 and during the isolation, the group held its first Streaming concert from its city Rosario. It was viewed by more than 1000 spectators located in different parts of the world, representing a peak of audience in the history of the group. It is available on YouTube.

         In 2021, the group releases a new coproduction with Adrián Abonizio, singer-songwriter of La Trova Rosarina, titled "Ciudad Malandrina", in a project dedicated to portraying the complex city of Rosario. Formed by 11 new original songs, the album was considered by the Página/12 newspaper as one of the 10 best Tango albums of the year, and the most important regarding Tango productions outside Buenos Aires.

    Currently, La Máquina Invisible is working on its new repertoire of instrumental compositions, while resuming its new presentations after the COVID-19 pandemic.

* Michela Elicio & Manuel Bianchi are a young tango couple living and teaching in the surroundings of Gravellona Toce, Arona and Milan. As choreographers and stage dancers they were for a longtime part of the core company of the famous maestro Miguel Angel Zotto, performing in the weekly dinner shows in Milan. M & M are also in the contest scene, as they have participated in and won several editions of the European and World Tango Championships. In 2024, they became Italian champions in the tango escenario and tango de pista categories. In 2023 and ’24 they were among the semifinalists in the Mundial de tango.
They were invited to teach and perform also in many important Italian tango events, such as our own International Tan,go Holidays Lago Maggiore, as well as in international milongas in Athens, Barcelona, Brussels....

Le groupe Tango 02 apporte un répertoire composé principalement de ses propres nouvelles compositions de tango, qu'il a sorties sur l'album "Por Eso" (www.poreso.be) à Flagey en 2022.

Certains tangos traditionnels sont également abordés par cette formation typique du tango avec piano, basse, violon et bien sûr le bandonéon rhénan bisonore.

Avec leurs compositions, Tango 02 a remporté en 2012 le prix néerlandais El Choclo pour la meilleure nouvelle musique de tango dansable et en 2024, ils ont remporté un concours international aux États-Unis, récompensé par une performance au mythique Carnegie Hall de New York en février 2025.

Vu le grand succès et la forte demande, les cours "double rôle" reviennent en force!

A ce propos, nous avons rallongé le cours de 30 minutes afin de pouvoir

rentrer un peu plus dans les détails.

Et c'est Leentje Van Broekhoven qui inaugure ce premier cours "double rôle" de l'année!

C'est une grande joie pour moi d'inviter toutes ses belles danseuses et grandes pédagogues pour donner des cours une fois par mois au Sister, à partir du mois de février, très exactement, tous les 1e samedis du mois.
